The crushed gravel sections are awesome.  A lot of downed trees need to be cleaned up.  Sections of old railroad rock are best suited for a mountain bike.  They are rough on a gravel grinder.

The North end is a little rough with large railroad ballast to bike on.  The packed crushed gravel sections are awesome.

One of the worst rail disasters in US history occurred here in 1891. It remains the only one ever to involve four trains. Can't believe we still have train crashes in this day and age. They're on rails!

Well managed trail, wide, level and straight. Great place for family hiking, mountain biking, etc.
