Ajaco Towing Inc.

I wish I can give negative review for this towing company. My car was stuck in snow and cops call them to remove it . I was charged 810$ for removing my car and they added all other charges without providing any explanation . They only accept cash . When I call customer support they told me different price but when they reach site they ask for higher price . They will threaten to tow away your car if you don't pay entire amount in cash immediately . Never ever call them for any help . I am consulting attorney to take legal action against them .

I was involved in a car accident and my car was brought here totaled. When I went to go retrieve my belongings within two days of the accident, the high end stereo system I had installed was ripped out and the interior trashed. These guys are crooks. No integrity or empathy. Typical tow yard, avoid at all costs. Dishonest and rude.

Wen I call in morning to pick my car .he said $425 cash only. Wen I go over there. They aks me $625. They said you need car you have to pay $625 or live. They talk like big boss. Don go with family .They do care about nothing. They need cash only. Avoid as you can. They charge to much money. They think insurance company pay you. So wen you call aks name how work over there .aks money fist.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a towing company(at the harrison location). There were 2 white guys, one skinny and the other big guy... the word rude is too gentle to describe how they treated me. They asked me if I ever went to college bc I did not read a sign that they have in their front desk. Then the st\/pid white skinny guy was bragging about graduating from Rutgers (to your knowledge, I’m completing a damn PhD in biomedical sciences at Rutgers and I speak 2 languages, something that you probably don’t do). They yelled at me, and the dumb /\ss fat guy said he didn’t had cash to give me change. Wth?? You don’t have cash in a place where you only accept cash? After all of that the skinny guy asked me if I wanted to report an issue to the company by telling me to come over the next day. But it gets better. Can you believe that at the end he said: “what did you said? Lets meet outside and we’ll see”. This company should never exist. I’m taking the necessary steps to sue the company because they don’t even meet the all of the requirements established by the law to tow a car from a private properties.

I am a resident at Mountain Club Condos, and this company was hired by our management office. We have multiple visitor spots located in our complex. This company has been seen three times tonight, towing cars from visitor spots. I approached the one worker and he blaintly told me it was a registered spot while we both stared at a painted V on the ground (it has been a visitor spot for 8 years). This company has no morals and tows cars for their profit. They would not drop the car, and he was very disrespectful. Terrible company and sadly spineless employees.
