Alamo Rent A Car

There was a line of people waiting to pick up their rentals. There was a good 20 minutes waiting period. However, they were great with customer service, you just have to be patient I guess

I always end up renting through here, always the best pricing, never any weird issues checking in/out, straight forward pricing and a shuttle to/from airport.

Used the " Skip the counter" form and went straight to the car and was out in 5 min. Painless. The shuttle from airport to rental car pickup was about 3-4 min. Return was equally painless. The car was well maintained. Excellent service.

Got in at 9:20 pm. I called their phone # , it said opened til 10pm. Turns out closes at 5pm. Was to go to National, know told me that until the next day. I got there the next and was informed.

Let's just say it was one of those weeks. Ya know what I mean! Alamo though made it better by letting us choice which car we wanted to roll out in.
