I reserved mini van but when I was coming they give me big van for 15 passengers. Why I need too big van? This horrible van rentals. This is my second time problem with this company. I m not recommended.

Easy van rental at Portland Airport; pleasant and prompt customer service. Very nice, well-equipped van for the price of a passenger car.

Difficult to reach once I got to the airport. Had to call Numerous times, was put on Hold for over 15 minutes. Lyft Driver got "lost" and couldn't find PDX Airport, which is 2.6 miles from their place of business. Driver finally came to pick me up over an hour after my 1st phone call. WON'T recommend or use them again...
