Hertz Rent A Car

Super quick and easy van rental. Employees were efficient and nice, had all the answers to my questions. Returning the car was a breeze as well. Highly recommend.

When I recently had visited Oregon, I had a problem at the airport with getting a rental just because all the fees and taxes it was too high, so I called the Hertz off of se sparks and told them the situation and they helped me get my rental in under 20 minutes and both Joe and the man who helped me were so nice and helpful.

They need to explain to the customer that they have to use the original card for a $200 security deposit and if it declines once you SOL and can not move money or anything. And then to even get your money back you have to call a different company they don't refund what you have already paid

Would not honor my reservation over a debit card and i was discriminated against for my tattoos im guessing very rude and whispering and condesending abd i know this place is beyond ghetto do not go here

Prepaid for vehicle through Priceline. Came to pick up the car & they had given it away to someone else! We received no notification & they couldn’t provide us with any sort of vehicle regardless of size. Staff was completely unhelpful & could care less about our predicament. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!
