Got a great car for my mystery car, fast service, polite employees. No fuss, no delay. It was amazing!

Received exactly what I reserved easily! Fastest check out and return. For Avis preferred members it couldn't get any easier. Our car had 1000 miles on it and it took me longer to get my driver's license out than to actually get the car out of the garage.

The staff at PDX airport were great. They were courteous, professional & prompt when picking up the rental car. The staff was pretty good at drop-off as well. Would recommend.
