Fast, friendly service and with great attitudes.  Even the guy at the exit booth was super nice.  Great experience.

The overall customer service was excellent and my vacation experience with my family smooth and easy! Will use Budget in the future. :

Nice people.  Shuttle driver was very helpful.  He is one guy who loves his job and is well suited for it.  Odd hours makes it a 4 star because they are at the avis kiosk at the airport during certain hours and the rest of the time you have to go get a shuttle and it takes you to an offsite budget.

Teresasp?  @ PDX Holman street location provided some of the best customer service i have experienced in years. I will be a repeat customer.
