Great place and they are not annoying with the debit card thing that makes it to where you can’t get a truck if you don’t have good credit or major credit card. Bathroom is just gross that’s my only complaint.

Made a reservation to pick up a moving van, arrived to find no one working, the office locked up with a "sorry we're closed" sign up in the window despite being on time and within the posted hours of operation. I got screwed big time.

Nice clean car, twice now.

Waited 25-30 minutes on hold just to be told they have no cars available and to get an attitude with it. Clueless employees who don't understand customer service or how phones work.

Very slow service need mire thsn 1 person on staff

Stiffed me on my refund. I was running behind and was told I would be charged a $10 late fee...they charged a whole day rental.
