All American Limousine Portland

This is a great company as I love how there are never any billing surprises. Greg the owner is great to work with to book the event and Jeff is the best limo driver we have ever had. He is very professional and friendly. We had him last year for a birthday party and last weekend he drove us to the Oregon Coast for a day of sightseeing. He was great and very knowledgeable about the area. He is the best driver and also tour guide. We can see why he has been with the company a long time. We will use All American Limo in the future and request Jeff.

I booked this company to transport me on my wedding day. The driver parked down the long driveway at the hotel and didn't contact us to let us know where they were. Other guests at the hotel told us where they'd seen them park and I had to have one of my bridal attendants run down to find them. Not sure why they didn't park in the loading zone right in front of the hotel where we were waiting. A few minutes later they pulled up in front, we started to load and the driver walks up to me the bride and tells me that she doesn't have the address for the park where our ceremony is supposed to be taking place. I'd booked the limo months in advance told them the name of the park that the ceremony was happening at and somehow no one there bothered to look up the address. The driver informed me that she couldn't leave until we found the address for her at this time we were over 10 minutes late already. As we sat in the limo in front of the hotel several of my attendants were trying to google the park address, we finally got it to her and we left...going the wrong direction. We had to stop and turn around in a gas station to get going the right way. I was almost a half hour late to my own wedding ceremony due to this. THEN, on the way back the air conditioning stopped working this was a mid-August wedding, and the driver had ear-buds in. We had to yell from the back of the limo several times before she finally pulled them out to listen to us. She then said she wasn't sure why it stopped and there was nothing she could do. So my husband and I, in his tuxedo and my large wedding gown, sat in the back, baking in the August heat until we reached our reception. I wrote a letter complaining about the service we received to the company. The manger/owner wrote back apologizing and said that he'd call me to talk about what happened....almost 3 weeks later and I've yet to hear anything from them. Not sure what happened, but the $330 we paid was not worth being late to my wedding and sweating in the back of a limo. Call a cab, you'll get better and cheaper service.
