Reopened an account with you guys yesterday and regret it already. UltraBranch already not working, “estimated wait time is 3 minutes” and I’ve been on hold 21 mins so far. Worst customer service of any bank I’ve ever used
Came in with a ton of questions and Cody answered everything with amazing detail and knowledge! Came back and applied for a loan with Keith who was extremely patient and thoughtful through what was an hour-long process. Fantastic employees here who will answer all your questions and help you with everything you need.
Will at the main branch was super friendly and helpful. Set me up with a checking account and a pre approval for a car loan, which saved me a lot of time. Thanks Will!
My wife and I moved 3 years ago and we have asked the visa department numerous times to update our address and still it goes on. So much for security of account etc its become a circus of a bank aweful customer service.
Online services and banking services don't talk to one another. I like a financial institution that can coordinate the two services. If you offer a service online, then PLEASE-- know how to resolve an issue at the bank. It's already been a month and will probably take a month more to settle this issue.
Mr. Carson is amazing!! He made me feel welcome and handled my situation with care and the upmost concern. It meant the world to me that he reached out and helped fix the problem.
Very polite workers always fast service. The benefits i get with banking here are worth it. I love how clean the place is. The hours of business is better and longer hours compared to ANY other bank. I have gotten my credit up through them. And the online banking is user friendly.
