A great location when on the road , go to continue travels . From the drive thru to inside the process is steadily moving forward like the day. The staff are WONDERFUL
I have really like banking with CU1. Employees are professional. The wait here can be a little long. Especially the drivethru took a year before I figured out how to get to it. There can be a group of transient people milling around after hours. Usually the same couple people every time. They are friendly and seem harmless. I’ve never had issues with any of them but could make some avoid ATM after hours.
I've had this account for more then 45 years. Let me tell you about my HORRIBLE experience on Saturday October 23rd 2021. I went through drive up for a simple transaction to break down $120 for one's and ten's on my way to work. The Gal at up drive up was very nice and ask me for my account number which I provided. She came back and inform me that my account was dormant. Her manager MARGARET said we were unable to help me with this transaction unless I came inside. How bloody RIDICULOUS ‼ What a slap in the face after all the decades I've been with them. All I needed was changeGuess this is there idea of customer service. I went to Key Bank and got my change there. That's customer services.
For starters, I couldn't figure out how to get to the drive thru for the longest! And the wait to use it, well, is too slow for convenient. Location of the bank and customer service is great! Wait times inside and out- not so great.
Went through the drive thru to pay for my auto loan with my debit card. Waited in line for a while which Is fine, to be expected. The gal told me that there cash advance was down and I would need to go inside to withdrawal cash and see a teller inside. Ok w.e. I go inside and there ATM is down. It would great to post a sign of some sort so people are not wasting there time waiting in the drive thru. Also, the gal should've at least known ahead of time that there cash advance was down or unless it went down right when I got there and should know that the ATM is down as well so im not running around wasting my time.
Some of the Staff they hire are so stupid it's ridiculous that they get PAID
It's an good bank,but no public restrooms.
They always have a line out to the lobby. When one teller is done with a customer they either run to the back or do some sort of paperwork hoping that another teller will take the customer. This particular Friday morning which I'm sure are banks busiest time because of people getting their paychecks, they only have 2 tellers working the front counter. Really?!! ______________________________________________ Came in a different day because I have to deposit my mortgage into an account otherwise I definitely wouldn't come here. Same thing that's happening! Seriously they need a lot more Tellers and help!
Terrible service every single time. Longest waits. Literally don’t know why I bank here at all anymore. Completely fed up with this place.
Just set up my account with Kathleen G.! She was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and help me meet my needs and was able to go above and beyond to help me save money by switching over all my accounts to CU-1!
