Alaya Fit-Spa

I have no previous experience with physical training or gym work. I went to Geekfit because the low time investment is worth the price, if it works. Well, it works! I've been going for over a year now, have noticed significant improved strength (and tone ^_^), and have started running on the side spontaneously because one of the trainers is running geek. About running, it's kind of amazing. I never ran much before, all I could manage was a couple mins of jogging before being out of breath. Now, after zero training, I started out running a mile easily, and I just keep getting better. You don't just get stronger here, I've found you get healthier in general (though I still have a long way to go!). If you're interested I would highly recommend asking them about the science behind the workout. They're very knowledgeable, and will admit when they don't have an answer to a question, which to me is the telling difference between someone who really researches and knows what they're talking about vs someone who is spouting nonsense. Also, the trainers are fun. Try it out and see if it works for you. The initial investment is low and I noticed improvements within the first month.

I feel comfortable with my trainer at GeekFit, and have made some definite progress towards my goals. The location is Super convenient for those around the Redmond Microsoft campus, and times are flexible.
