Serenity Spa & Natural Health Clinic

I have been a faithful client of theirs for over 3 years, I really enjoy their medical massages. For the most part everything is great. My one suggestion would be getting a better system for keeping track of referrals. When my referral comes in no one tells me how long it is and when it expires, and it goes directly to Serenity so I can't see it... So I don't know when it's getting close to expiring unless someone tells me. I had a massage scheduled for today at 3:45 and got called at 10 a.m. to let me know that my referral is expired. It's Sunday so I'm SOL. My back has been really bothering me for the last week and I rearranged my entire day and coordinated child care so I could be there this afternoon. You could say I'm a little disappointed.

My experience with Serenity Spa has always been amazing! Visited them several times at both locations for prenatal massages. Can't wait to go back post baby to enjoy the steam room!

I have visited Serenity Spa numerous times since opening in the Downtown Tacoma Location--Mostly Accommodating-Always Clean--Willing to work w/cancellations or missed appointments-just keep the lines of communications open--Lots of New products etc. Give them A Call or schedule on line!

I had a great experience from the moment i walked I the door. They offered a neck warmer and foot soak while I filled out my intake form. They really take care of their customers.

Had a vehicle accident and got suffered some neck and back pain. I went in for a deep tissue massage and it was amazing! Peaceful environment and friendly staff. Recommend to others. Just make sure you can find parking on busy days
