Cascade Day Spa

Just left my appt, it was amazing! I saw Latoya and she did such a great job. I told her a certain part of my back really hurt and she really focused on the area! Can't wait to go back:)

I am new to Vancouver and needed a massage. I am so happy I found Cascade Day Spa. From the outside of the building I was a little skeptical but once inside the place is beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is cozy, warm and inviting. My massage therapist was Lauren. Lauren did an exceptional job. She worked on several of my trigger points, while giving me a deep tissue massage. I cant wait to get back.

I had a hybrid between an acne and European facial and it was amazing! Shawna is very friendly and knowledgeable. I really felt like she customized my facial to fit my needs!

I've been going to Cascade Day Spa for four years now, and I still love going. I love how a facial makes my face feel and look, love the little extras, love the compliments I get on my skin. People are shocked when they ask me my age and I tell them. I won't tell you, but usually people think I'm 20 to 25 years younger than I am. Oh, and I love the people. I'd go to Cascade just to be with them, but I get a great facial at the same time. Hard to beat!

I have only been one time to Cascade, but I had a wonderful experience. Everyone from the front desk to the massage therapist was so nice and welcoming. I e-mailed them and asked for an appointment and received a very quick response and they got me in within the next day. My massage was a mix of Swedish/European and was just what I needed. I don't remember my massage therapist's name, but she asked me about pressure, where I needed the most attention, and also how much I liked to talk. I'm not a huge talker, like to just relax and she let me do just that as she worked the areas I asked. Great place and planning on going back.
