I have had a facial by Sharon and massage from Lori. They are both fabulous therapist. Super friendly. They listen to your concerns and help you leave with the comfort and satisfaction you desired from your treatment. They use high quality organic products but will still make sure that there are no allergies to the product they may use. If you live in the Federal Way area, you have to check this place out. Very boutique feel to their spa, with Four Seasons Spa quality products.

I have been going here for almost a year and I love it. I have always seen Sharon for my facials but I have seen different massage therapists, that are always good. I have referred several people here and they are all happy as well. The office is very cute and welcoming; very clean and comfy.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. If I want to write a full version of my horrible experience with this place, I would be here all day. But I don't want anyone else to waste their hard earned money on a place that doesn't care about their customers. From when I first went in, the girl who "helped" me seemed nice. I made it clear I was there on my lunch hour and didn't have much time. You would think that would be respected but when I noticed my hour ending, every time I tried to politely say I needed to leave she would insist that the contract is almost drawn, change the subject and keep talking just long enough to get the paperwork out before I needed to leave. Regrettably, since I went there with my mind made up to receive laser hair removal services I went ahead and signed anyway. I should have listened to my gut and walked out on principle. It doesnt matter that I had my mind made up. I should never have been pressured or kept from where I needed to be just because someone wanted to make a sale, especially when I insisted several times I would come back. That is NOT professional behavior. It's more what I would expect from a shady salesman at a used car lot. But Ideal Image doesn't sell cars. It sells services to be applied to the human body. I think to most everyone that's a lot more important. I don't get to switch out my body for a new model, so I need to make the right decisions with the one I've got. Sadly, the person who attended me from this office made it obvious my needs weren't important to her. She just wanted to make that sale before I walked out the door. That left me with a bad taste of the people who I would be entrusting my body to with these services as it is, but apparently it doesn't stop there. I had to cancel my first appt a couple of times bc of stuff going on on my end and couldn't make time to reschedule until a couple of weeks ago. But now every time I try to call to make an appointment no one answers the phone! I've ALREADY PAID!!! But recieved NO SERVICES!!! What kind of place is this? I shouldn't have to drive down there to make an appointment! I've left messages and no one has gotten back to me. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?! THIS ISNT CHEAP. MY CONTRACT IS FOR OVER $3000 !!! Although treating ANY paying customer like this is unacceptable, if they're ok with doing it to someone giving them that much money, I'm sure they'll do it to anyone giving them less. I'VE HEARD GOOD THINGS ABOUT ANOTHER Ideal Image LOCATION UP NORTH BC MY SISTER GOES THERE. LUCKY FOR HER, SHE NEVER HAD THE UNFORTUNATE OPPORTUNITY TO COME TO THIS OFFICE. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!

RUN AWAY!! This place is run by a very fake Spa Manager who will con you into buying stuff that is overpriced and doesn't work, and if you dare to ask for a refund on treatments you didn't complete (because I was afraid I'd get a skin infection from the lack of sanitizing things that you sweat on and are shared between clients!) they don't even respond! Very unprofessional and extremely disappointed in both this office And Dr. Wolf who owns it. They are happy to take your money, but not provide ethical services. See Yelp review for more info!!
