If their is 0 for rating that's what I would rate for their rude and obnoxious employees. They Don't make you feel welcomed their. Absolutely terrible customer service

I love the brand, but the service at the Maine mall is terrible, they don't greet you or ask if they can help you. They are always chatting and gossiping including their supervisor . But The service I received yesterday broke the deal for me. The only way I can describe it is that it was horrendous. I purchased a handbag and after I left the store I looked at the bag before even left the mall and it metal part of the purse was all deeply scratched up. I immediately went back to the store and told them what I have seen. So I said to the girl that was at the cashier since I'm paying full price for this item can you give me one with no damage what so ever on the item or my refund please. Out of nowhere comes this other employee tall black girl in distress and all shouting on the top of her lungs at me. Saying things like this is how the company makes stuff and that I shouldn't be returning it because it's all scratched up . And that this is how it comes take it and deal with it. Im like no this is not how it is and I have bought other purses and stuff from this company before and the metal work is always protected, regardless I'm not paying for a something that is damaged and this is not an item that is marked down for having being damaged, you know what I mean!. Instead she yelling at me telling me it's my fault. I didn't even take that purse home yet and I'm dealing with all this imagine if I did. I really hope that the franchise owneror the brand owners sees this message and does something about the lack of customer service at the main mall Aldo store.

Aldo has been my favorite store for years. But I went to this particular store twice last week and received terrible service both times. I experienced very forward discrimination from the employees. Needless to say I will not be shopping at this branch anymore.

I've seen friendly employees that helped me find a great gift, they're not the most affordable but their goods are of nice quality.

Employees who are working there are so rude, They pressure us to buy the shoe.(this is common) . But, if we don't buy the item.. They just ask "are you coming here for fun?". That was so rude... Especially guy who is working there is not a right person in store.
