Shoes are fair prices and lots of sales. The low stars are because the customer service could be MUCH better. Perhaps the assistant manager is having a bad day - but still she could arrange to speak more than 2 words and be a little pleasant. If there is some thing personal going on, maybe a vacation day is what's needed..i made a return and was going to purchase more but I was so put off by the attitude I decided to go somewhere else

The staff was very friendly. I picked out some hiking shoes and a replacement to my three year old sneakers. I looked at about ten shoe stores before I visited here and had only found several shoes that fit my size 10.5 feet. Famous Footwear had the best selection easily.
