I got a flat tire up bootleg canyon and since the shop is right there I stopped in to get a repair kit. The best way to describe the guy who helped me is douchebag. From the get go he treated me like I had something growing out of my forehead. He showed me where the plugs were and when I asked if they had a full kit that I could take with me on the trail I got another reaction like I was retarded. He said that's all you need. I had to ask, how do you get air back in the tire? He said" put the plug in before the air leaks out," like I was dumb. Seriously dude, I'm going to get the bike stopped, get into my bag, get this stuff out and plug the tire before any air leaks out? At that point I was done, I put the stuff back and left. This doesn't really matter but his black hat was white because it was covered in so much dog hair, really professional. I've heard so many of these stories from this bike shop, I was hoping they weren't true. I won't waste my time there again.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Showed us, some very beginner bikers, the ropes, and gave us great directions for scenic routes. Staff was pretty honest about which paths we should take so we didn't kill ourselves on the second mountain biking experience of our lives. Coolest way to see the Hoover Dam!

This is an amazing shop, the only one in vegas I go to. Anything mtb/cycling you need with a great crew to repair your ride. The whole AMC crew is awesome 🚴👍

WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?! WE ALL KNOW YOU DON'T COME HERE FOR THE BEST PRICE..... It's one thing to have an expensive store if you're offering something beyond the product. The only thing you should expect with your visit, is snide employees + owner, who will inform you, without tact, where you are going "wrong." My visit quickly turned from needing some parts/wanting to buy something, to scrambling for the front door to leave. BIKE BUYER BEWARE! In this world of almost infinite options, you DO NOT HAVE TO SETTLE FOR 5th place. There are many shops left that value your business! Maybe one day these guys will realize that without customers, they will starve. Score: 1/10 - customer interaction 1/10 - conflict resolution 6/10 - Part and item selection 3/10 - Pricing. This place is EXPENSIVE! MSRP and UP! 2/10 - Overall. 0/10 - Likelihood of a re-visit
