Awful experience in this store as a customer. I mention to the employee that I’d like to maybe try on a pair of shoes, his response: ‘are you citing anything today’ After I said maybe, he belittled the shoe was looking for as “clearance” and proceeded to stand in the back typing on his phone the entire time I was in the store. Definitely does not want to make me want to spend big bucks on shoes here.
Excellent experience. I worked with Victor who was very patient and fielded all of my questions around getting the right dress boots to match my suit. I have wider feet so I wasn't sure I'd be able to find anything that would fit but I did and was in and out pretty quickly. Highly recommend stopping by to check out their stock.
Saw their hours listed that they were open until 7pm. Double checked on their website and the Allen Edmond website said the same. Stopped in at 5pm and the doors were locked and the only guy inside was playing on his phone. Several other people tried to get in while we were there as well. Happened to pass by again at 5:45 and the lights were off. I guess they didn't want our business.
Got Park Avenues here at the Boston store. Victor is the best- really enjoyable experience, great support and care. I look forward to this pair of shoes.

Melanie was great, super friendly and knowledgeable. Was in first thing on a Sunday morning and shop was very busy, but she juggled all with grace and ease. Took care of recrafting for my old Park Avenues and sold me a new pair of loafers too...great experience and as always, love the shoes.
Kind and knowledgeable staff, they gladly took the time to get the right fitting boot for me and humored all my other requests about various shoes. Shop here for a truly great American made brand and support local sales staff. Look good, feel good, do good.
Hand Made In the USA! Amazing, beautiful, comfortable shoes. Impeccable quality, wonderful service, unbeatable value. THey had a sale and they made a 3E for me since they didn't have one in stock in a any store. I still got the 30% off deal! They are the nicest shoes I own. You can pay more for a pair made by slave labour in a 3rd world country or you can get the best here.
Shoes quality is just fine for the price. Often, shoes have weird design. I had higher expectations for their comfort line. However, they don't provide true comfort, but a little soft feeling. In addition, salespersons are unfriendly.
Shout out to Yohan for the amazing service and great conversation. I really appreciate your advice and expertise! Can't wait to wear these shoes at my brother's wedding! Will definitely be back for my next pair of dress shoes
