Alliance bridal was so top notch. After a couple of very bad experiences with other bridal boutiques, Alliance was a breath of fresh air. Natalie you made our experience! You were professional, super helpful and above all fun and we felt that you were genuinely excited for us! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience with both my daughter’s wedding dress and all the bridesmaids dresses! We would recommend Alliance and Natalie to anyone looking for a fantastic bridal experience!

Alliance Bridal is a great shop. I went in to try on wedding gowns. I showed up late, brought a group of 6 and was still accomodated. I had very little information as to what I wanted for a dress. I tried on a few and then my consultant, Tania, picked out a dress of her own. It was THE dress for me. It was so perfect. I found my gown at Alliance Bridal on my FIRST visit! If you're going to Alliance Bridal ask for Tania.

Large selection. Personable and efficient service. Miscommunication regarding sizing (discrepancies between size tried on vs. size they recommend you order)

I went to Alliance Bridal on February 11th 2018 with my step-mother (the bride) and my sister (we are both bridesmaids). My step-mother had called in advanced to book an appointment with a consultant, and when we got to the store, they had only booked in time for my step-mother and not my sister nor I. That being said, we waited 20 minutes before being seen by someone. Eventually, we were served by the owner (who was less useful than I can even begin to explain). The owner started by grabbing 5 random dresses for my step-mother, not listening to her preferences AT ALL. It seemed as if she just grabbed the first dresses she saw. The owner helped her get into the first dress, and then disappeared for 20 minutes. My sister and I then took care of the appointment, and switched my step-mother in and out of the only dresses the owner took out. After not liking any of them, she got dressed and we went looking for bridesmaid dresses (on our own, because ONCE AGAIN, the owner was busy elsewhere). As we were leaving, the owner looked straight into my eyes and didn't even bother asking if we had found anything, or making sure we had a good service. Instead, she carried on with another transaction. Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend this place. The service was horrible, and it seemed like the owner was only after our money and not making sure we were happy. The place was overcrowded, the appointments weren't booked in properly, and we weren't being helped at all. Definitely not a place I recommend.

Fantastic selection! Unbelievable service! We found the gown at Alliance and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
