Thanks. My wife was overjoyed with her gown from Antoinette Bridal Boutique. She travelled from Scarborough to this Boutique shop. When I married my wife Erin, I couldn't help but cry as she walked down the aisle. She looked so beautiful. Her dress took my breath away. I later found out she worked with the very helpful staff at Antoinette Bridal to find the perfect dress. She will pass the dress on to our daughter one day.

Bought my daughter's prom dress here. Staff is so courteous and caring. They took the dress in and it fit my little angel to a tee. She had the best dress at the prom by far! Very high quality dresses at this store. Dress will last a lifetime.

Outstanding, impeccable service. I was on a time limit AND a strict budget and Silvana easily found me THE PERFECT dress and tailored it to my liking. Silvana can do anything. She worked with me to create a tailor made design. Dreams come TRUE. She took my inspiration (photo) and brought it to life with a gown in her store. The best place for #gowns, #dresses, bridal or prom is Antoinette Bridal Boutique 💃🏼🙌🏾 I will travel from anywhere in the world to go to #AntoinetteBridal. Silvana and her staff are sweet, welcoming, accommodating and attentive. 🛩Unparalleled service (& in-house alterations!)‬ 😍😍 BEST PLACE. Best designers. BUYER BEWARE: I have never received such terrible customer service. I had six bridesmaids, all purchased their dresses from this store and every single one of them had a problem. I wrote a very long detailed review but apparently it was too many characters so here's the short version. We were told the girls would receive 10% off. They did not, and we had to fight with them for a half hour to get it. They would not ALLOW my bridesmaid to order her dress because they were "too busy". They forced her to do it later. We would have gone elsewhere but four girls had already ordered their dresses. They were unbelievably rude to her. They lost my other bridesmaid's order and insisted that she had never placed the order. We were told her dress wouldn't be in until a week after my wedding and then was told there actually was a dress ordered for her but not with her name. We were told multiple lies, that the ordered an extra dress for us as my bridesmaid hadn't, or when it turned out to be TEN sizes too big for her. that it was for their store as it was a popular dress. The owner yelled at me and hung up on me when I tried to talk to her on the phone. She finally admitted to my bridesmaid that she was wrong when she found her information. So, not only did the store loose her information and almost made it so she didn't get a dress, she yelled at us, she hung up on us and blamed us. I am SO glad to never have to deal with her ever again. (This was directly with the store's owner). Finally, they charged two of my girls different prices and wouldn't explain why. They refused to give her a receipt as the printer "wasn't working" and told them she would email it "later". It was only sorted out when my husband called days later. In conclusion, this is the worst store I've ever been in. Wedding planning is stressful enough, but this store was the most stressful part of the whole thing for me.

Had a lovely experience working with the business. Needed a bridesmaid dress when I would be 7 months pregnant. They helped me work through styles and measurements while only 3 months along. Dress came in exactly when they said it would, alterations cost less then anticipated and they made the dress fit perfectly, and look great! Thank you so much!
