I went to try on dresses in October 2016 and they were very respectful of privacy that I needed as I wear the hijab. The consultant Sandra helped me find such a beautiful dress. Highly recommend to those who need special accommodations like myself.

Can't say enough about Stephanie and the experience I had here. FULL DISCLOSURE, they will bring dresses up to about 1K more than your budget-if you aren't flexible don't try them on ladies!!! Also, GO ON A WEEK DAY-has the place almost to ourselves. Here's the thing, it's one of the priciest places around so I wasn't surprised by this. Stephanie was super patient and sweet, and pulled exactly what I wanted and got better and better the more she knew me. the facilities are gorgeous, yeah the dresses can be dingy, but see past that, yours won't be! Lots of ladies are through there. Huge selection at my 2500 price point, but lower may have been an issue. I live in Halifax so altering here so I can't comment on alterations, but what a magical experience saying yes to the dress!!

I'm not sure whether my experience was great, or terrible, but somewhat mediocre. The lady who helped me was amazing, no complaints there, she was so kind and professional. But I feel as though there were some aspects that really did disappoint me. Not only were they a bit late to take my appointment - the selection of dresses was not great. The online website is not spectacular, especially considering this should be the MECCA for your wedding dress destination. But when we were in the showroom picking out gowns I felt that they all kind of looked the same. There wasn't many gowns that made me go WOW. I'm not sure what it was about Klienfeld's that was so underwhelming to me. One thing that really did disappoint me, was that I came specifically wanting to try on a Hayley Paige dress (Which might I add when you book your appointment they ask you what you like in advance) - but they didn't even have it in the store. Which was really disappointing to me especially since it is on their website.

My friend came to try on some dresses and had the BEST experience. Ladies that work here do fantastic work and are very attentive.
