Heirlooms Bridal Shoppe Inc.

I got the dress of my dreams at Heirlooms Bridal! I ordered it as it was, a v neck, a-line style with lots of lace. Over the months that it came in, I kept looking at styles with sleeves and asked the seamstress if she would add one for me, and she pulled the whole dress together and made it perfect! I look back at the photos of my day and can't imagine wearing anything else. If you are looking for the best dress and maybe want a little bit of custom work, the sales associates and seamstresses are just amazing, I cannot sing their praises enough!! Thank you Heirlooms!

The boutique itself is amazing - every girls' dream: pretty lights, vintage store, pink, your own mirror/great dressing rooms. I had went to "Davids Bridal" prior to my appointment at Heirlooms and had an awful experience there... however, at Heirlooms, by day was completely turned around from my wonderful experience. Beautiful selection of dresses, friendly and helpful staff (Sophia is AMAZING). I even found my dress!!!! I felt so special. Highly recommend.

I would NEVER recommend this bridal shoppe. Paid over $600 for alterations and left in tears with my dress. Took it to vlastas where they sewed in a proper bra and fixed my dress for $40. DONT GET ALTERATIONS HERE! Even when I left in tears they had nothing to say. They only hemmed and and took my dress in.. for $600.... such a waste. Horrible customer service and I leave for my wedding in 2 days. This shoppe needs to address there customer service with CUSTOMERS WHO PAID $3000 for dress and alterations at their shoppe and who aren't happy. They don't go above and beyond here, find another place to spend your hard earned money.

I had the greatest experience at Heirlooms Bridal! I had booked an appointment earlier in the week and went on a Thursday evening. I had attentive, friendly, and very helpful staff assisting me, who went above and beyond to recommend alternative options to me. They helped me realistically look at what I could do with my dress, while also allowing myself, my mom, and my sisters time to squeal over the dress I chose! It was the easiest decision in the world to buy from Heirlooms, and I can't recommend it enough.

My daughter found her bridal gown there with the excellent help of Emma. At first, we were greeted by another person who seemed not that interested in helping us. She left us to go help a person with an alteration and passed us on to Emma. Wow! What a difference in attitude and service. If you go to buy a dress here, talk to Emma. I highly recommend this store and Emma!
