I have always had great experience here! Just know that the consultants take a different approach and allow you more freedom to search through the dresses, so don't be put off if they don't greet you right away. :) ... When you walk in, you can introduce yourself and then feel free to look around. The consultants are very prompt and happy to help, but they won't overwhelm you with information as soon as you walk in! (A good thing.) They have a TON of dresses and styles to choose from, from every price range, and great prices compared to the bigger cities. It is the least overwhelming bridal experience I've had... I felt no pressure. The staff make an effort to get to know you & will remember you! Definitely would recommend.

The service at The Bridal Boutique was fantastic. I came by last week to try dresses on with my bridesmaids and was treated like royalty. We all got to pick dresses we liked and then my stylist (Emily) brought a few more that she thought I would like. We were all pleasantly surprised with the comfort during the appointment and the high level of customer service. I just went back today to try on two of my favourite dresses to make a decision and Emily was there again. Once again we had an amazingly fun and care free appointment where I finally picked my dress! Thanks again Emily and the rest of the staff at the Bridal Boutique for one of the most memorable days thus far in my wedding journey!

Terrible experience!! The time I walked in the store and by the time I walked out the store, the lady never greeted me or acknowledge me, I never got no help to find a dress so I looked around and than left. The wedding dresses look alright but the other dress (grad, prom, braidmaids etc) aren't that nice, specially the prices are expensive! I would not recommend this boutique

Worst experience I have ever had. To start off, my made of honour called the day of our appointment to confirm that we were scheduled in. When she called, they didn’t have our appointment booked. When we arrived, we weren’t greeted. We were told “the dresses are over there”. We were then told that they have too many appointments booked and that my wedding party would have to share a change room to try on dresses. We were given little assistance with finding dresses, and had to chase the associate around to ask for help. My bridesmaids found dresses and we decided to purchase them, however, we left the store empty handed because one of the associates was incredibly rude and talked down to me and my bridesmaid because we had questioned her sizing recommendation. It was by far the worst ccustomer service experience that I have ever had. Prices weren’t the greatest ... I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible experience. Place was empty. Not greeted when we entered. Was finally asked if we needed help. Said no thanks we're good and she seemed to take offence and walked away. Wasn't til bride to be grabbed the dress and took it to fitting room that sales lady finally stepped in to help with the dress And then she whipped the dress into change room and huffed as she walked out. Did clip dress to fit but never asked anything about wedding. Also, the sample dresses are terribly ratty. So when you look at the ratty dress and then the price......it doesn't help sell it. Treated like 2nd class citizens. The wedding is next year and at Cambridge Mills so this store just lost a ton of money as we will NEVER go there again. Didn't get the consultants name but do have a picture of her if you want it. She should not be working retail. Not customer focused.
