AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICES Honestly I can tell you that from the moment I walked in there with my whole family..Izabella and Joanna had made us feel so comfortable...They knew I was stressed and didn’t know what I wanted because trust me every bride knows that feeling and on top of that this store has so many nice dresses. Thank you Izabella and Joanna who were very helpful when it came to my dress.They were very honest and told me what looks good on me and what suits me... My whole family was amazed cause they knew how picky I am.. and want to thank them for the whole wonderful experiences We had here..I also love my dress and I can not wait until my big day so I can show off my princess dress!!!Thank you so much to Izabella and her wonderful staff for being so patient with me and my family !!I highly recommend this place to all the bride to be!!!

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews about this place. I had the most wonderful experience buying my wedding dress from Izabella's. Joanna my consultant was amazing and Izabella herself came in at the end and offered her advice on sizing and fit. My mom and I were in the store for 2 hours and not once did we feel rushed or not cared for. This place truly has some of the most beautiful dresses i've ever seen.

I'm not sure why other people are complaining about the customer service as I find them to excel in this department, especially as compared to some other bridal shops I had visited. I could not have asked for a better consultant than Joanna. I highly recommend this shop.

I wanted to thank you for your excellent service and for helping me find my *dream* dress. After going to countless wedding boutiques, I was ready to give up the search. My last stop was your boutique. Within moments of walking into your store, I was able to pick several beautiful gowns to try on. As I was trying them on, I realized that even though they are beautiful, they weren’t “the one”. The lady that was helping me was very encouraging and would not give up until I found something I loved. It was until I got to try on the dress in your window display that I finally had my “YES” moment! As I tried on my wedding dress, I immediately knew it was the one. Your selection of dresses is extensive, with all of them having a high quality, European feel The prices are also very reasonable and in my opinion can’t be beat as the quality of the dress makes it seem like it should cost must more. Thank you – truly. I felt like a princess on my wedding day. Wishing you all the very best

The staff are AMAZING! It was my first time wedding dress shopping and I was taken care of from the start. They offer a great selection of bridal wear. I was impressed. A special thank you to Grace.
