Exceptional service. Alla was fantastic through every appointment. She knows what she is talking about and makes the appointment seem to go so quickly. I highly recommend this place to all brides and their bridal party. Saying yes to dress was fun.

Alla is awesome. I love boutique and love to support local businesses. She made this experience so much fun when I was dreading having to try on dresses. Within minutes of trying a dress on, I felt so confident and began to feel excited to try on more! My favourite dress was something I totally did not expect to love and I'll be back to try it on again after a couple more appointments:) Alla if you're reading this, thank you! Plus: beautiful dresses!

I can't say enough how happy I was to be brought to this boutique by a friend. Alla was a dream come true. She was super patient, energetic, and all around knowledgeable about the process. My experience was perfect and the selection of gowns was impressive for a smaller boutique. Every dress in there was gorgeous and of amazing quality. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. I am so happy I said YES TO THE DRESS there! Everyone check out this gem of a bridal store in Richmond Hill.
