Promises & Lace - Bridal Dress Boutique

We had decided to go to Promises & Lace for my daughter to pick out her wedding dress as the selection was great. Upon arriving at our meeting we met our sales lady Carol. Carol made our experience not only fun but she is so knowledgeable and goes way out of her way to help. She is truly an amazing lady. When picking up the dress last week, Carol had already picked out some Veils to match the dress and also offered some advice while travelling overseas with your wedding gown. regrading travel. She is absolutely amazing! We also got to meet the owner Lynn who made the experience memorable. Just love this Bridal Shop and would highly recommend to all brides and Mother of the Bride or Groom on their wonderful selection of gowns.

I had an amazing experience at promises and lace! When my dress came in I had a reaction to the sleeves and the bottom was not what I wanted I called the store to discuss what we could do with the dress to stop the reaction and fix the bottom. Lynn the Owner took control of the situation with different options and from that point on was there for every one of my appointments. She was amazing, great customer service. Every time I went in the staff was so kind and helpful. Anna the seamstress was also amazing and made my dress exactly how I wanted it! Highly recommend buying locally before making the drive to Toronto

I just bought my wedding dress here and am so happy!! Not only do I love my dress, I loved the service here. Carol and Lynn were wonderful. Carol helped pick out dresses that were right for body, and my personality. She was inquisitive to get to know me so she could assist with the right style. She was also the only person at any shop we went to, to ask about my fiance and how we met. I would definitely recommend Promises and Lace! If you aren't sure what you want, let these ladies with experience and wisdom help guide you. Make sure to book an appointment too. Thank you ladies!!

Would actually rate it as 3.5. Came here as part of a bridal party and would definitely recommend an appointment as the boutique is small and seating is limited. However they make it up for it will plentiful of staff. This is especially helpful because the more staff there is there is the opportunity to bounce dress ideas and fits and the better service you receive. They have all styles of dresses however the sample size per style is limited. Dresses available are sample sizes from 10-12 and once decided measurements are given to the deaigner to have your own dress made. Dresses are from $1500-$3000 plus alterations.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Diane at Promises and Lace. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and was quick to find multiple options I fell in love with. She was patient, kind, and VERY helpful in finding the perfect dress for me. The owner Lynn was also amazing and really added to the experience as well, and they accommodated my very specific timing needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this place, especially working with Diane.
