Ballett's Bridal Herzogs

Went into this shop with 2 of my bridesmaids to get their dresses. Sam, who looked after us was absolutely fantastic. We had looked at the website previously, and she knew right where everything was in a matter of seconds. My sister, who is one of my bridesmaids, has autism, and doesn't like being pestered. She's looked at different shops, and has had some pretty bad experiences. However when I went in with her (which was her second time being in the shop and dealing with Sam) She was so comfortable being able to look around, and getting help when she needed without being over-bearing. I saw my sister smile in a dress that she absolutely loved, and it's honestly an experience I will never forget. Heading back there in a couple of days to get my 3rd and final bridesmaid her dress! Nothing but great things to say about this place!

I walked in without an appointment and i kinda expected some sort of ill-treatment or to be rushed but the staff was very cool about it especially Stephanie. She was very helpful and sweet. I liked that they did not pressurize me to order a big size, they listened to my concerns and what i wanted. I will come back with another review of their timeline and if my dress will be exactly the same as the sample.

Wonderful warn and friendly staff. They were so welcoming when we entered the store. Extremely helpful and knowledgable. We went in looking for my daughters graduation dress and tried on several. They were not pushy at all. We left to think about what we tried on, and my daughter wanted to purchase her dress from ballett's! When I went back we were remembered. Such kind staff!

Had a wonderful experience finding bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses. My daughter is on the autism spectrum and after 3 other attempts to find her a dress, she was hesitant about trying again. Sam was absolutely amazing with her. She was given space to look at the dresses, and Sam found her (and the other bridesmaids dresses) when there was a specific dress in mind. My daughter said she'd give it a 10/10 and said if she ever needed another dress, this would be her first place to go. Definitely the best store we've been in and I would highly recommend it! Thank you Sam!

I have never been so impressed with a store. Sam was wonderful! She explained that I could look around. I told Sam that I looked online and had screenshots of the dresses I wanted to look at. I showed her the pictures and in a matter of seconds I had all three! I ended up finding my perfect dress. Sam showed me how the dress would fit when I got it in my size, I can’t wait to pick up my dress!!
