Ballett's Bridal

Rhonda helped me say yes to the dress. I had my appointment right when they opened. My mom and I were the only ones there. We had looked at pictures of dresses on their website, which is very helpful, before we had gone in but I wanted to go in with an open mind. Rhonda asked all the right questions to get a good understanding of what I was looking for. She started pulling dresses based on the answers to the questions and she did a great job of eliminating styles and taking dresses from me as I was trying them on. We were able to quickly narrow it down to the dress. Once we narrowed it down, she helped me with a hair piece which goes great with the dress. She took pictures of me in the dress and pictures of my mom and I which put us both in tears. I can't thank her enough for her help today in finding the perfect dress and for making the occasion so special.

I stopped into Ballets on a whim one day out of curiosity. I am the MOB and had no idea what style of dress that I wanted or would look good in. Sue was wonderful! She was so patient, kind and honest. She pulled so many dresses that I would never even dreamt of looking at and was able to narrow my choices down to a few. I then booked an appointment for a Saturday to bring my daughter and mother with me. The store was extremely busy with all employees working very hard. Sue placed me in a fitting room upstairs, away from all congestion. She had too divide her time between myselfand helping others but she was fantastic, and I never once felt neglected. I ended up choosing my dress that day and other than the length, it fits perfectly. I had a wonderful experience at Ballets and would highly recommend this store. My only advice would be, too try and go sometime other than a weekend. It gets so packed and you may not get the one on one attention that you would like. The ladies are only human and try their best to please. .

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. From the moment we stepped in the store we felt unwelcome. We had booked an appointment and they all stood there like we weren’t supposed to be there. One woman rolled her eyes at us. The woman who had our appointment (didn’t tell us her name) tried pawning us off right in front of us. It was super uncomfortable. When we got upstairs she was about to pull dresses when she realized she hadn’t asked my style. When I was explaining what I was looking for she was in another world. Never asked about the style of my wedding. Pulled dresses that were nothing like i had described. Didn’t help with anything. My sister fanned out my train while she stood by and watched. My sister said “I don’t know what I’m doing but I’ll pretend I do” and the woman simply stood there and watched my sister struggle. She was pushing dresses on me that were not my style. There isn’t great selection in styles and fit. And lastly but not least. When we were done the appointment my sister (who is also getting married) asked if we could quickly look at the bridesmaids dress selection; it was five minutes to five so the woman that had our appointment said. Sure, just keep in mind we are closing shortly. . . sure take a look. We thought nothing of it until a group came in for a 5 o’clock appointment and when we left we checked the hours and they didn’t close until 6. Keep in mind we were rather pleasant regardless of the poor service. We did not deserve the cold and terrible service we received.

I had an incredible experience prom dress shopping here. It was my first stop, and it is late into prom dress season so it was BUSY! Even so, the staff listened to what I wanted, making me feel cared for even surrounded by other girls and bridal parties. The first dress I tried on- one that they recommended to me- was the dress I fell in love with. Other prom shops in town made me feel rushed and unimportant... plus the prices were INSANE anywhere else! I stayed easily within my budget with my dream dress. Thank you for making prom dress shopping an incredible experience Ballett's Bridal!

My sister's and I cannot say enough great things about Ballett's Bridal. As young girls and competitive dancers, we were always in awe of the rhinestone's and beautifully designed gowns we would see sparkling in the windows as our mother drove us to the dance studio every week. Now, as young women ourselves, and searching for THE bridal gown and the perfect bridesmaid dresses to accompany it, we knew this was going to be our first stop. That being said, it wasn't our last. We wanted to see our options, but nothing compared. The staff at Ballett's are fantastic - not once did we feel pressured, pushed, or as if we were told that every dress was "amazing" on us. They were realistic and offered sound advice both to the bride and bridesmaids. After having an appt at another bridal store earlier one Saturday, we decided to call Ballett's and see if they could squeeze us in for a quick visit to try on one of the dresses we originally fell in love with. Of course they did - remembering the dress as fondly as we did. We tried it on, and felt that feeling of the dress being THE one. Despite the busy world we live in, especially at this time of year, the staff were great. What a lovely business. All the best in years to come. Sincerely, a happy bridal party!
