This company is awesome. Called on Friday had service the coming Monday. Came out and within 15 minute had my door working perfectly. I was amazed after years of struggling to open the door. I only wish I had called them sooner. It would have saved me a lot of back aches that I had trying to open and shut the door. I can now open and close it with one finger. Before you buy a new patio door, call Allied Glass first. They are great to work with and very reasonable.

John is an extremely hard-working person and sells a quality product. I had some minor sliding door issues that were in no way related to his work and he came out and addressed it for no charge. Thanks John.

Called to get new rollers for my sliding glass door, they had time in the schedule to come out same day. My door that I have struggled with for 1 1/2 years works like new - only wished I had called them sooner!

I called for a quote John came out when I called to set up an appointment he said I'll need cash up front in my hand before I do anything, because of the area I live in. I said of course I'll pay you but you don't have to be so rude about it he said you can look for someone else! Very disappoint so much for recommendations

3 years ago Allied Glass Services replaced a large window section in my Master Bedroom. As far as I knew, everything went well. They were referred to me by Window Depot who does not do window replacement. Very disappointed that Window Depot would highly recommend such a lousy company. Now, a problem with the beading they incorrectly told me couldn't be repaired 3 years ago, is being repaired. When my new window installer removed the beading, he discovered that a.) the window they used wasn't the right size (too small); b.) they never bothered to silicone the window into the frame, allowing hot and cold air to pour in; c.) if the new panels have an low E factor, it is cheap and ineffective. Buyer beware.
