I called them and the gal there took my name and phone number and said that the repairman would call me to schedule an appointment. Waited a couple of days and never received a call back.

I called to get quote on home window replacement and they were very nice, then I tried to book it, they told me they would check if they could do it the same day and call me back. I didn't call any other places as I waited and waited and waited never heard back so by that time to late to get someone else out today. Tenants now have to go all weekend without a window, Bad customer service and follow up, guess it wasn't a big enough order??

I am a facility maintenance director for a church in tucson az.i spent time on the phone making an appointment and they where half an hour late with no call on being late.my time is very strick i had move appointment around. the guy was in and out and i really needed to talk to the guy before he left this is a wrong way to do business.then i cancelled them never to them again.

a guy from the glass doctor came out to my house, was supposed to fix 2 broken panes, or 1 broken pane and replace the second window frame. He said he had to check on prices, drove off, didn't hear back, called their office and never heard back from them. ????????
