Allstar Quality Auto Glass Service

They use glass from China and claim that it is not an inferior part compared to Japanese or American, unbelievable that their glass is the only thing that comes out of China that isn't inferior. The manager is quite rude if you question their quality. The windshield they installed has a different look to it, from inside. The manager had all kinds of different answers to my questions. His exact words were "how long have you been in the glass insdustry to make you an expert." No I mayb not be an expert in glass installation but I am an expert in geometry and the installer verified that my question may be right. The plastic cowling doesn't fit tight to windshield now, though it did before. I asked if the glass was a thinner than OEM glass, wouldn't that cause it. If I wanted thicker glass I would have to pay extra because insurance only pays for aftermarket. The manager went on and on about how it has to be same as OEM because of DOT standards. If you do use them, make sure to empty your car first. I had some items on passenger side that imoved out of installer's way. One item, a box of assorted washers I put half way under the seat, it's not there now.

They were fast and friendly. Got me in the next day, took half the time I was told. I am super happy with my experience. Highly recommend

They were incredibly helpful and were able to squeeze us in for the same day to replace our windshield.

Took a trip to grand rapids and in route took a rock to my windshield. Called these guys and they were absolutely amazing. Super nice on the phone, was able to squeeze me in Right away and did an amazing job. Thank you all very much!
