Orion Auto Glass

Orion Auto Glass came to my place of employment and did a fantastic job. They were prompt, efficient and very professional. I would recommend this company for any of your Auto Glass needs.

If it was an option i would give them 0 stars. My ins.co. sent this clown out to put a windshield in my truck. Granted this is an older truck used for work. The customer service center was nice to work with (credit where credit is due). However the installer left the trim is 3/4" off my windshield, there is a giant gap between the trim and the windshield. My rear view mirror was placed in the center rather than near the top so it is directly in my line of sight. Last and most important the installer (who never contacted me from start to finish of the job) left a note in my truck informing me that it may leak, and that was not covered by them. He was correct, spraying water with a garden hose left my front seat wet. I paid another company and they were able to resolve all the problems w/o and trouble. The worst part of this deal is they still get paid due to some insurance company rule. I guess they win but if i were you and had an older vehicle i would stay away from this place. I your car looks old they WILL treat it like garbage.

This place is awesome! I've had to go here on two different occasions and won't go anywhere else! I live in Big Rapids and still will only use these guys. Prices are good and they do an extremely good job!
