Allstate Insurance Agent: Cally O'Donnell

When I had an auto accident recently, Allstate was there from the beginning minutes and whenever I needed them in the following days. I spoke with several agents along the way and all were helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring, however I dealt primarily with Philip Hughes, the claims agent assigned to my particular case. He did an excellent job in explaining the claims process, being patient with my many questions and keeping me updated on all issues. He was quick to return my calls and always reminded me that I was not to hesitate to contact him, if I had any further questions. I never felt like I did not know what was happening. I really appreciate the professionalism and obvious caring shown me by all, permitting me to relax, knowing that everything was being properly handled and well coordinated with all parties involved. I am glad that I signed with Allstate many years ago in Ohio, as I have never had other than positive experiences with this company.

Incredible Staff and service. Cally and her team assisted me after my existing insurance company (of 40 years) would not stand behind me with a new homeowners policy. It turned out to my advantage, by combining the auto and homeowners I saved over $800 a year. Cally and her team also do an annual insurance review to ensure your coverage meets the current need. This service was never provided by the competitor. Cally has an extensive understanding of Colorado Law, which is essential when determining coverage. There is great comfort knowing this team is available 24/7 and that the policies protect my assets. I would recommend everyone contact Cally and have her work up a competitive bid.

Cally has been my first insurance agent since being off my parents insurance and her office has always been so incredibly helpful!!! They made getting my own insurance so easy and not at all stressful. Their service is simply unmatched, and every time I have needed help they have been so happy to help and prompt. I highly recommend Cally!

For the first few weeks everything was fine. No constant attempts to upsell, etc. Then I got an email to review/rate them so I rated them well. After rating them well with home office I got an email asking for a Google review as well. I don't review people until I've been with then for at least a few months so passed on that. About a week after that I started getting, for about 1-2 weeks straight, calls/texts to buy life insurance. Was told not interested each time but kept attempting basically everyday for at least a week straight. I traded in a car and was adding the new vehicle so I went ahead and uped the coverage from liability to full. Was informed later that day that the price would be double what was quoted as we was losing a "marriage" discount. When asked why we was listed as married to begin with all I got was hemming and hawing. They got an upsell they wanted and was only concerned with getting even more $ out of me. The absolute final straw for me with these folks was the way they ridiculed my 17 year LTR. They thought it was absolutely funny that we aren't married and laughed at my partner about it. Beyond unacceptable and we called main Allstate office and immediately switched agents. This is a "purple" state but yet my relationship wasn't mocked/degraded like this back in the "red state" of Oklahoma. I wish I'd have paid attention to the negative reviews as I now assume the positive come from folk freshly signed up. This may be a good place if you have a traditional W.A.S.P. relationship but they mock you if it's anything less traditional/etc.

Cally is f...king awsome man!. for real, like she puts you first and wants to know how you're doing, how can she help?, and she's always welcoming. she's genuine and down to earth. words can on say so much. She's a good person period and has your best interest at heart.
