WOW! What awesome customer service! We had a hail claim on our travel trailer and we had phenomenal care and service from Andy, Alan Debusk and the entire team, which included the corporate adjuster and the local on site adjuster. It is so nice to always talk to a person and not just a phone service. Each person gave us great service and they all truly cared about our situation.

WORST customer service in the industry, wrote an insufficient business policy, blamed US for their agent's incompetent and RUDE behavior. I have to shut my doors as we are unable to find a new policy due to a lapse in coverage that was THEIR fault. Slandered our name to a new broker by saying we don't pay our bills (our 3K premium was paid in full). DO NOT deal with these Agent! Many other Agents in town that will appreciate your business and do everything in their power to keep your business. Thank God nothing happened, we wouldn't have been covered efficiently and a law suit would have ensued.
