Allstate Insurance Agent: Wermers Agency Inc

Most unhelpful all around when contacted to become a local agent. Not concerned about long term AllState customers and is only interested in money and public feedback, detaching herself from the overall company. Would not recommend her as an agent if you are looking for good customer service from an AllState rep. Don't normally provide feedback but since they brought it up, buyer beware.

If you’re looking for a great insurance agency then you found the right one, WERMERS Agency is by far the best insurance agency that I have ever been with they have awesome customer service, and great rates and go out of their way to make sure to save you as much money as possible which now in days is unheard of, I have life, auto, motorcycle, and home, all wrapped up with them and couldn’t be any happier. I would recommend them to all my friends, family, and strangers if you want to be in a worry free, hassle free agency!!

Excellent office and staff! Very organized, professional yet friendly. Stays in contact and offers reviews of our current insurance plans while also offering additional options for coverage. Extremely satisfied with Wermers!

I forgot who I just spoke with tonight, but the lady here on the phone was pretty awesome. My rate quote was a little high so it makes me sad I may not be able to switch but thank you phone lady, on 3/13/18 at 5pm

always there to answer my calls and quick response time to my inquires. would highly recommend.
