My business was about to run without insurance because my current company cancelled my policy 2 months after renewal. My agent had retired and the agency that took over had bids out everywhere and locked but would not communicate with me. Debbie Klisch from Southern Colorado Insurance Center came in and saved the day! She did a Broker of Record letter and was able to get us insured at a great rate within 1 week. Haven't looked elsewhere since. My rates get better every year as she consistently competes our policy.

I use Southern Colorado Insurance Center for my flood policy and have had a excellent experience. Debbie is always there to answer any questions and the staff is knowledgeable and thorough.

They gave me quotes as we considered purchase of different properties and gave me pointers on how house and property features affected premiums. We used this info to find a home and they gave us a competitive bid that we accepted. Great to work with! Great follow through!

Debbie and Carly have both been very helpful in answering all our questions and researching policies that would be most beneficial to us. They even do comparisons on policies we already have and are very up-front if they can't give us the same coverage at a better rate.
