Chris Sutherland - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently bought my first home (about a year ago) and I was quite overwhelmed with the process. When I walk into Chris Sutherland's office, I am greeted by their expert staff and I feel that I am always being taken care of. Ericka was extremely helpful and ensured that I would be receiving the best rates for home owners insurance. She is very passionate about helping others and very intuitive when working to provide the best rates possible. I can honestly say that I will continue to do business with State Farm and I strongly recommend their services!

We've been nothing but happy with Chris Sutherland's agency. Not only is our service great, but our insurance is extremely competitive and reasonably priced. It feels like they're always working to get us an even better deal and better service. In the midst of a recent claim, Chris personally walked us through an issue and gave us honest advice on dealing with it, that helped us out big time.

Chris and his team are excellent. Not only provided me with better insurance, but took the time to explain it so that I also understood how I was covered. I’ll tell anyone who asks that they should call Chris.

I went to Chris Sutherlands office based on location and due to the remarkably positive reviews I read about the office. I am sure glad I did, Paxton set up everything and transitioned me from my last insurance company, got my whole policy in order and started me up smoothly. Bonus: my rates are much better with State Farm than the last company, (let's not go there...I would probably curse if I mentioned the last company's name). Chris Sutherland's office is stuffed with great professionals!

Chris Sutherland Office: Representing State Farm (SF), is a very open/direct/and a responsive office. Of course Professional, but also personable (they let me bring my puppy into to office to finalize a couple of policies). The rep I worked with did a great deal of research on my behalf to get a great deal on two auto policies of mine. "This is not your Fathers/Grandfathers State Farm". This is the stability of past, reformed to meet the needs of now. My favorite SF commercial is the guy with his dog in the truck with their tongues hanging out the window.
