Spencer Galloway - State Farm Insurance Agent

This office is super amazing. In 2014 I needed car insurance and they offered me the best deal. 200+ less than other insurances. They always answer the phone and get what I need within minutes of me needing it. I've never had issues with this office. I love them so much and appreciate all the great services they provide. If you go with this office you can guarantee that you are valued as a customer. If I could give ten stars I would. Thank you!!!!!!!

Spencer is a really cool agent, he goes above and beyond for his clients and it really shows. He has a good staff with two service workers who when you call in will be as helpful as possible with little to no kinks. He also has a life and health insurance specialist as well as a property and casualty specialist employed under him and they know their trade. All in all this office is one of the best in the area and should be considered whenever you need to get a quote or want to switch your insurances. The staff at Spencer's office will set you up and put you in the best possible place insurance wise. If you don't believe me just give them a call and find out!

I had my garage wiped clean through burglary, and, honestly, Spencer could not have been more helpful through this endeavor. He helped guide me through the claims agents, was more than happy to help me if I received any pushback, and helped me when I had questions on what to do next. Could not be happier.

Have two life policies with Spencer Galloway State Farm ... His Staff is excellent and they are proactive in making sure you are protected with the right coverages you need to provide financial security for your family. I would recommend using Spencer's office for all insurance needs.

I would give my experience with this State Farm office less than 1 star if it were possible. We had many issues with getting someone to ever call us back, and as a result requested switching to a new office. Instead of switching us over like we requested, State Farm refers us back to the same office, and all of a sudden we finally get a phone call. We go in for an in person meeting with Spencer to figure out why our rates had increased almost every month that we have had their coverage...We spend about an hour of our time bringing in paper work for the good student discount, low mileage, and good driver discounts. We even added on renter's insurance to lower our overall rate...Instead, a month later our next bill comes in and the only change that has been made is that it has increased 10 dollars for our renter's insurance that we only added to our policy because we were told it would save us money. It took me three calls today to get any assistance, and the only thing that I was told is that "our billing office is a few weeks behind, and we did not realize your due date was tomorrow." I do not recommend this office in any way shape or form.
