DO NOT GET LIABILITY ONLY WITH GIECO!!! They only cover $5K / person medical. NO BODILY INJURY. I rolled my truck on black ice with my wife and 4 kids. Medical bills include 3 ambulances, emergency room and hospital stay along with plastic surgery and follow up. LIABILITY WILL ONLY COVER UP TO $5K!? Worthless coverage in a time of need.

This company is notable from the start of my claim it has been a problem. From getting documents to adjuster allway extra reasons for things no to get paid for. Every one I've talked with on the outside of Geico has told me that this company is unbelievable from the financial company I'm with to aternys there all saying wow. But there fast to send you a bill after cancelling your policy that will get to your door in about 6 days but a document that will settle up your indecent that in my case was supposed to have been sent out many days before my end of policy bill has yet to show....

This Complaint is on Claim Adjuster “Tonya Jones.” My name is Mike Bully and my wife name is Angelic Bully. We both were in a auto accident last year April 1, 2017. We recently settled our claim last year 12/21/2017. First of all Tonya low-balled me and especially my wife. My attorney fees and medical liens came to 21k and Tonya last and final settlement offered was 29.5k only leaving me 8k to get back on my feet after loosing my job due to this accident. My wife’s bills all came to 12k and Tonya’s final settlement offer to my wife was only 15k only leaving her 3k. Not only did Tonya Super Low-Balled is, she also dragged her feet with our claim. Tonya failed to summit the Medicaid lien information in time, so now she’s forced to send us a portion of our settlement now, then send the rest after she find out how much Medicaid paid, so she’s holding half our money awaiting Medicaid’s amount they paid. We didn’t have a Medicaid CMS lien at first, until Tonya had us the patients call, which wasn’t our job and it’s wasn’t in Tonya’s scope to have patients call Medicaid for lien information, So Medicaid said Tonya wasn’t supposed to have us do her work that should’ve been done months ago. We believe Tonya went Above and Beyond her call of duty when she had us Call, and Alarm Medicaid about a possible lien. Tonya doesn’t have an email, so she takes 2 or 3 days to call back and whenever we get to talk to her she’s taking in circles. Normally all these liens are tooking care of at time of settlement whenever there’re a experienced Adjuster on the claim. I believe Tonya discriminated and treated this claim unfairly, unequal, and partial because we wasn’t represented by an Attorney. I would Not Recommend Anyone to do business with Geico. Thank you for taking time to read this situation.
