I was assigned to this branch when my other agent quit. I never had any requests at all, until one day after about a year, I needed a new insurance card mailed. I left a voice mail since they did not answer the phone. After one week of no reply I called Allstate to ask for a new agent. I got one and the new one is great.

Efficient!! claims are super easy with my assigned adjuster even called me same day I filed the claim ON A SUNDAY, check was received using Quick Photo option before the car was even fixed. Adjuster went to " fix it " place and process the sumplement. Got the rental done with out stress.
