Bob Scofield - State Farm Insurance Agent

Allow me to be the latest in a long line of 5 star reviews. The reason these guys consistently get perfect ratings is because they are simply the best. I moved to the Springs in January and began pricing out agents for several months. When I discovered Bob he was the best priced - by a lot. But I don't only choose a place of business based on price. I want to be treated well. Like you actually appreciate my business. Everyone here is super kind, helpful and communicates extremely clearly. Finally, I chose Bob and his staff because they are patient and didn't just try to up-sell me features. They make professional recommendations accurately suited for your particular situation based on years of experience and then Bob will actually take the time to walk you through each part and educate you as to why they have created a particular package for you and in honesty tell you what you need and even what you probably don't need. He's not a slick salesman. He appreciates your business and will totally earn it. I've never been more comfortable knowing I'm insured to the right degree and with the right people. If you need an insurance agent, hands down, choose Bob.

Bob and his staff are absolutely wonderful! They are always friendly and very helpful! We have been loyal customers for years and will continue to be. Great location on the west side too. This man knows his stuff, insurance and so much more! Thank you for the continued excellent service.

Bob took the time to sit down with me and discuss all of my insurance coverage details. He assisted me with making adjustments to my plan without making me feel Pressured to do so. Nice to have someone looking out for my bests interests. Thank you, Bob!

Wonderful agent that cares for his customers and doing right! I was looking for an agent for our rental property. I called several different companies for quotes. When I contacted Bob Scofield, he didn't just want to give me a quote and call it a day. He asked if he could come by and take a look at the property to make sure we were capturing everything we needed to in order to insure it correctly. He was at my door in 10 minutes! We did a walk through of the property and were able to work together to make sure we had appropriate coverage outlined in our policy. I highly recommend Bob as an agent and StateFarm as a company. Very impressed with their customer service.

Kelly and Bob have been more than helpful. They don't want just a payment, they take the time to know their customers and try to help anyway that they can I definitely recommend them for insurance needs.
