Very very disappointed in this office. I moved to colorado because my husband was stationed here for the army. 1 year later we moved to california.. So i transfered my policy over to the california office.. After multiple calls regarding my cancellation in February.. Billie jo refussed to cancel my policy at her office where i no longer lived. And charged me for the month of march and arpil making a double charge under my account!! And still has no refunded my money that should have never been tooked out in the first place!! Do not reccomend doing business with this lady, very irresponsible on her part! Now im stuck negative in my bank!

I want to say that she made it so easy to switch. If I ever ask a question, she answers me sincerely and genuinely. I trust my family's needs with her 100%.

Letter I sent to corporate offices. Do not get your insurance w/ this branch. DO yourself a favor and_____Go somewhere else!!! I am writing to you today in regards to my recent interactions with one of your agents, Billie Jo Marsh, located at 724 Cheyenne Meadows Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906. First I want to say I have been an Allstate customer for nearly 3 years, and carried my coverage over when I moved from Indiana to Colorado. I was on auto debit the whole time I was an Allstate customer in Indiana, and had never missed a payment. I also had a great relationship with my previous Allstate agent Justin Harkelroad in Indiana. As soon as I was asking about switching my coverage to the Colorado office I had an issue with Billie Jo’s offices. They took an unauthorized payment out of my bank acct, so I had 2 withdraws. One for my Indiana policy, and another for the Colorado poliy. I never authorized or requested them take the payment. I had another month on my policy in Indiana, and since it was one lower payment I planned on keeping my Indiana policy until it expired; however Billie Jo’s office assumed I wanted to switch, since I went over so much information on my call with them. After that I should have known not to go ahead w/ their coverage, but I did. The next issue happened this week, and again today 11/12/15 at or near 1:10pm MST when I called Billie Jo, after she left a message with a tone so full of condesetion, and crudeness that I was immediately shocked that she was the person in charge of a customer service oriented company. As I stated earlier I had been a loyal Allstate customer on Auto Debit for nearly 3 years and even had a homeowners policy in Indiana. A few weeks ago my main bank acct was hacked into, and my bank told me it would be at least 10 business days, and the earliest they would be able to get my funds back would be on 11/04/15. As my acct was hacked, my pmnt didn’t go through on auto debit. I called in on or near 10/16 and made a payment with the new card I received and attempted to again set up Auto Debit on my card. I thought I had set up auto debit, but apparently they aren’t able to do that on cards. My next payment was missed, and without an email, voicemail, or any notice at all, my auto policy was cancelled and removed! I found out just a few days ago, when I called in to update my address to the new PO Box I opened. I drove around for nearly two weeks without knowing I was uninsured! I sent a very simple email to Billie’s office letting them know I wasn’t pleased with them canelling my policy without letting me know. As I stated earlier Billie called me back and left quite the nasty voicemail. I called her back today and was explaining what happened in my situation, and before I could even get to how displeased I was, she began inturrupting me, and talking over me. She was loud to the point to where I had to raise my voice, and even yell, hoping to get a single point across, but no. Billie just kept escalating her voice instead of listening to the customer for a few minutes. She never stopped to listen to me, and continued yelling. When I said, “you continue to interrupt me” she said, “ I don’t care.” How awful of an explanation is that? Should she not have appologized and let me finish? Billie soon after hung up on me, and continued to everytime I called back. I am hoping this call and the others were actually recorded, and someone in corprate actually takes the time to listen, and this complaint doesn’t fall on deaf ears. The lack of customer service, ability to listen, and overall respect was astounding. I know Allstate is a great company, and you wouldn’t want someone like this representing your brand in this manner. Due to this interaction I am no longer an Allstate customer.

I couldn't ask for a better agent to teach me what my insurance is. She always takes the time I need to walk me through how it will affect me IF I have an accident or I have a busted pipe at my home. I couldn't be happier.
