Allstate Insurance Agent: Mary Logue

I cant even bring myself to give this agency one star but I must in order to write this review. They are completely incapable of accurately processing any claims or providing any accurate information to their customers. I had to add flood insurance coverage to our home in order to close on a loan. These incompetent people could not even provide us with an accurate quote (changing the amount 3 times) nor answer any basic questions about the coverage. I was forced to contact Allstate flood directly, MANY TIMES, in order to have my questions answered. When we finally received the LOMA from FEMA and were able to cancel our flood insurance, these INCOMPETENT people could not even process the cancellation correctly. It has now been 20 days since I sent in the necessary paper work and my agent has still not correctly processed the cancellation. I was forced to deal directly with the Allstate flood department once again and had to call my agent to have them sign the paper work (even though they told me they were following up on this directly two weeks ago). I must say the Allstate corporate has been very helpful and informative. NEVER ever deal with this agency!!

Professional and friendly office. Always there to help if you do not want internet or automation. A joy to visit.
