Amazing food, service and ambiance. It's absolutely delicious and they are super accommodating for allergies and special requests. Best Thai food I've had stateside. Truly a wonderful experience!! Great date night choice as well as take out.

1 out of every 3 times I order the chicken curry from Aloy Thai they give me tofu despite the curry being labeled "gluten free" and the "gluten free" option being selected on the website, as well as "allergic to gluten" being noted on in the order notes, and on my receipt.
Their tofu is not gluten free.
Do not eat here if you are a Celiac, unless you want to be very sick.
Sounds like the tofu can be gluten free if it is prepared special and is ordered that way. Unfortunately, I never order it, so it is never prepared specially, so I get sick.
The owner has offered me a $15 credit. The curry cost $16.

Okay, first off this in by far the best Thai food in Boulder. Everything is very fresh, clearly made from scratch, flavors are amazing, portions are good, and the price is where it should be... the reason I am writing this review was actually a mistake THEY made and how they responded....
I picked up several entrees to-go, got home and we were shorted and charged for an appetizer that wasn't in the bag. I nicely called and explained the situation and the manager offered to take it off my card. I was bummed because I did want the appetizer...then she offered to bring it to my house! Great follow up on a small mistake, solid hospitality when we go in and even when we dont. Always going back!

Excellent food, nice atmosphere, but the tables are really close together and when I go w/one other person we always seem to get stuck in a corner, or by the kitchen or bathrooms or something. A big pet peeve of mine! (Try the Khoa Soi, our waitress was Thai and said it's very authentic. Really excellent!)

Don't even try to eat here if your out of state and have a vertical ID. Bad policy = bad restaurant, did some snooping and found out what they are doing is actually illegal accord the tobacco and liquor department in Colorado. So, if you ask me they are asking to get a slap by the department. Fine with me, just thought anyone from out of state should know. I also had been to two bars before hand and had no problem, so obviously legality is not on the managers mind just convenience and laziness to actually understand tourism. Smelled good though.
