Alvaro's Family Restaurant

Great little family restaurant. Big tasty portions at a great price! They have a good menu with American, Greek, and Italian choices. My daughter got the cheese steak sandwich and loved it. My husband got a Italian dish (I forget the name) that came with four pork chops topped with spaghetti and a tasty sauce. It was a huge plate. My son got the Greek Sampler plate and enjoyed it. I got the Haddock. It was a big piece of fish cooked just right. We also love Olympia in Port Charlotte and this place is very similar yet closer to home. They also serve pizza and we saw lots of people coming in for take out pizza.

Always great food and service. Been coming here a lot lately. Used to be here all the time, worked close by. Good to see everything is still great!

Always good. Great breakfast value. Can get very busy during snowbird season. Worth the wait.

Group of 7 went for breakfast at 0900. We had to wait approximately 15 for rearranged tables to accommodate our group. The staff were very accommoding and efficient. Our orders were out in 15 minutes. Great breakfast. Will go back.
