American Musical Supply

Wanted to buy a Gibson Les Paul on their site. Called and spoke with a Glen because I had a question about what type of case the guitar came with, he did not know which was fine, so he said he would call me right back. Never got a call back and all he was interested in was my purchase time. Well guess what I bought one from a different company and it will be here tomorrow! Poor customer service.

Very disappointed in my recent transaction with AMS. They sent only one item of my two item $1600 order. I asked where it was, costumer service told me they cannot find it and will have to wait till they can find it. As if it was my fault the item wasn't ever shipped out. I have spent Thousands with this company. Sadly even if they do make this right i still had to cancel a gig do to their mistake. This cost me more than the product i purchased. Thanks for nothing AMS.

Very unpleasant buying experience. I purchased a piano as a gift to my friend, and they called me to confirm on order, transaction was declined, i had to call my credit card companies and american music supply back and forth to get the transaction through. and then later the day american music supply sent me another email saying my transaction was declined, but it was actually already through the system. the confusion, spending my time the whole morning sorting it through for a piano purchase makes this a very unpleasant purchase experience.

Negative reviews are most likely thieves that didn't get to rip off this company, My experience has been great,always very helpful customer service. Reviews should require an address and phone number, that would cut down on jackass review from boneheaded morons.

The only thing they have going for them is their payment plans. Customer service is garbage, inventory is so so, and their price match is a joke! Also, coupons given to you can't be used on ANY brand name item... Head on over to Musicians Friend.
