This is my 1st order with Riff City. Order arrived fast, and in excellent condition. Will make additional orders shortly, so I should have enough data to make a better review.

I recently ordered a G&L Tribute S-500 guitar from Riff City Guitar. It arrived well packaged. Fit and finish of the guitar is excellent. I love the color (Irish Ale). The tuners are tight and the guitar stays in tune. Neck is comfortable to play. Fretwork is good. Controls are smooth. Pickups sound good. I'm very happy with my purchase. It's going to be prominently displayed on the wall (next to my G&L Tribute ASAT in Irish Ale) -- within easy reach of course. I've already got my eye on another guitar at Riff City Guitar. Great store, lots of gear to choose from, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended. A+++

Delayed my Review for a few years, I ordered a Reverend Sensei RA to California. I'm happy to say that there are ZERO issues with shipping and the quality. I'll be purchasing more from them in the future.

This is the first time I have ordered from Riff City and I could not have been happier about the service I received. They under-promised and over-delivered which is much better than the other way around. I was hesitant about ordering a guitar online but it came very well packaged and well set up. I basically tuned it up and was ready to go. I am also very happy with the Chapman ML2, especially for what the price was. The only thing I would recommend is that Chapman put a set of Grover locking tuners on it. I would have paid an extra $50 for those, instead of having to put them on my self...anyway, very minor issue and I am very please with my Riff City Chapman experience. Thanks for the cookie!

Love my new guitar. It was perfectly setup and arrived mostly in tune during a snowstorm. Happy to be a customer of Riff City !
