American Profit Recovery has been instrumental in helping us with our collection efforts. The excellent client service, online system and different tiers of collection has helped us with our delinquent accounts. Their methods are very organized and professional. We have been very fortunate to turn over these accounts to American Profit Recovery , who are professionals and this allows our client care coordinator focus on other important business matters.

Fantastic company. Any time you call the employees always have a smile in their voices. The customer service dept is always quick to help and resolve issues. Any collectors I’ve spoken with are very professional. Keep up the good work!

Don’t work here. They fire you if you don’t come in if you’re sick, and you have a doctors note. And god forbid your mom gets in a car accident, and you let them know three minutes late.
