If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Everyone here acts like they don't know whats going one useless to call I got bounced around to different people just for an answer to 1 question. They say I owe money when I paid it all off I have receipts from them and bank statements showing the transaction in question was processed from my end. All I see is a company trying to get over on a person that just wants to get debt paid off and back to the same college which I cant until this is all clear. If all is resolved I would consider a higher rating but right now their useless!
